CFCW is not only Alberta’s Country Legend, but we are home to a few Legends of our own too! Pete Hicks started at CFCW back in 1980, and to this day he still hosts the ever-popular Pete Hicks Country Classics Show every Sunday from 9:00am – 12:00pm!

CFCW is bringing a little taste of the Sunday Classics Show to the rest of the week with “Pete’s Pick”. Every weekday after the 7:30am News, we’ll be taking you back to the golden age of Country Music by featuring one of Pete Hicks’ favourite classic country songs.
