“Money Can’t Buy Happiness, But It Can Buy Shoes And That’s Pretty Close”
When I’m not strolling down the mall looking for the next great shoe deal or busy pondering over what could be bigger and more exciting than the 840 CFCW Pancake Flipper to peddle, you can find me on the CFCW Morning Show Monday to Friday 5am-9am.
I have been hosting the Morning Show since September 2014, though I have been with CFCW since 2007, first as a Swing Announcer and then the Afternoon Drive show for many years. As I approach more than 25 years in radio I’ve learned one important lesson; “Life’s a dance, you learn as you go, sometimes you lead, sometimes you follow”. Oh wait a sec, that’s a song we play. By the way, “I think your tractor’s sexy”.
When at home, I’m usually watching a James Bond movie. My favourites include “Goldfinger”, “Live And Let Die”, “The Man With The Golden Gun” and the one where Daniel Craig is shirtless the most. I’m also a soccer mom so don’t mess with me – I’ve got the balls in the back of my minivan to prove it. You can find the family and I attending many community events, fundraisers and rodeos including one that’s held in what I call my second hometown of Wildwood, Alberta. The Wildwood Bronc Bustin’ rodeo is in June, hope to see you there!
