 Habitat for Humanity is Landscaping

Neufeld Landing

This volunteer role is great for people who like to be active and outdoors.

Help prep for planting trees and shrubs, paint fences, install mulch, water or mow grass, lay sod and help with some light carpentry projects.

Everyone works within their physical limits and takes breaks as needed.
Tools and lunch provided.

Minimum requirement is 1 shift.

5th Annual Dr. Ray Memorial Golf Tournament

The 5th Annual Dr. Ray Memorial Golf Tournament will be donating the tournament proceeds to the surgical department of Lamont Health Care Centre to assist in purchasing and/or upgrading surgical equipment in memory of the late Dr. Ray who was an important advocate for the facility and our surgical department.

Early registration deadline is May 31st.
Cost per player is $125.00 until May 31st or $150.00 after May 31st.
Package includes 18 holes, power cart, driving range, lunch, steak banquet, 1 drink ticket and a gift bag.

36th Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival is looking for Volunteers to Host an Artist!

Have you ever thought about hosting a Fringe Artist from another city, province or event country? This is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people!

The date for the 2017 Fringe Festival this year are August 17 - August 27, with most artists arriving in Edmonton on around August 12. Many of the artists are from out of toen and will need a place to stay during the Fringe. That's where you, as a Host Volunteer, come in. A host need only provide an artist (or artists) a bed, access to a bthroom and a key to come and go - not food, transportation, etc.

If you are interested in being a Host Volunteer, please go to and fill out an application.
